Yeah, it's... Ahh, it's been awhile.
If you were sticking with my updates, you likely noticed that I started falling behind in my writing... Oh, somewhere in the April/May range of dates. Simply put: With covid, my work schedule had been altered, though not horribly, decreasing the amount of time that I had available to write. I was falling behind, but I wasn't out of the game yet... Until June.
When June hit, my work schedule basically... Took a massive nosedive. My free time got cut by an enormous margin, decreasing my available time to write from 3-4 hours per day to less than an hour per day. And it's only decreased from there. I lost the ability to produce weekly chapters of TEQ, and lost all progress on basically everything else I was working on as well. To display this: I've still kept writing, even as I've gone radio silent. In the last two months... I've been able to write a grand total of about 15,000 words. Prior to this change, I could have done that in a day and a half.
I know this comes across like I'm complaining, but I really don't mean to be. I've accepted what God has given me, and I'm thankful for the time that I had where I was able to write the grand epic that is The Eternal Quest. I'm also hopeful that the situation will change and I'll be able to go back to writing once more (or even be able to write full-time). However... That's just not the situation I'm in right now. I sincerely apologize to any fans I have eagerly awaiting more content, and promise that I'll be returning to the world of Calsin as soon as I can. In the meantime, the story I've released thus far is always free, and the Apocolyps Squad trilogy finished its release schedule before the world exploded, so that's available as well!
And... Yeah! I'll continue to provide general updates as they become available. Your support is always appreciated, even more so during these... Unique... Times.
Until next time!
