It's now Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!*
Yup, that's really all the further I'm going to elaborate on that. Anyhow... A quick look at what I've done and what I plan to do! Last week: - TEQ Volume 4: Citizens of Ash: Rebellion (Chapter 60) Behind the Scenes: - This has been one of the single most productive weeks I have had in recent memory. That's honestly no exaggeration, and I give all the credit to God. First and foremost... Apocolyps Squad III is now done!!!!!!!!!! Yeah. I'm excited. I think it came together really well, and I'm so stoked to get to share this final chapter with you guys!!! Targeted release schedule will be in the next section. In addition to THAT... I was also able to start working on Volume 5 of TEQ!!! Chapter 64 is now written, with the rest of the volume plotted and ready to be created! And I'm super excited to share that with you as well! Next Week: - TEQ Volume 4: Citizens of Ash: Revenge (Chapter 61) Behind the Scenes: - My plan for next week is fairly simple: Plow through as much TEQ as I can manage. I don't know if you're keeping track of chapter numbers, but I only have about a month's worth of lead time at the moment, so... Yeah, I'll be plugging forward with that posthaste! I'm not really going to set a goal on how much I think I'll accomplish, because I just have no idea what next week is going to bring. It might be crazy, it might be nice and slow. We'll just have to see! Now, in line with TEQ... I can officially announce the titles of the next few sections to be released!! Volume 5 will be titled "The Fist of Sintison," and will consist of 8 chapters, 64-71. Following Volume 5 will be Appendix F: Masters and Servants, which as usual will run for 4 chapters, 72-75. Now, while I won't actually be WORKING on Apocolyps Squad III for a short time, I would like to go ahead and unveil my planned schedule of release, as well as the various potential obstacles that may come up. At the moment, my plan is to send the book off to the editors in early January, in the hopes that I can get edits back by mid-February, early-March or so. My subsequent goal is to actually launch the book in late March or April sometime, hitting that mid-late Spring timeline. NOW, that said... I don't actually know how well I'll be able to stick to that, and want to prepare eager fans for that prospect. In short, there are two major events that could play quite heavily into this. First off, my editor is rather pregnant at the moment, with her due date in mid-March. Her plan ATM is to get this book edited before she gives birth, but she's not promising anything. In addition to THAT, there are some changes likely coming to the life of my wife and I in mid-January that could change around my schedule quite a lot. Nothing is for certain and I really can't say much, but I just wanted to let you guys know that my schedule could be seriously altered here in a few weeks. I'm really not sure how that will or won't affect my production, but there's a chance that it could result in delays of Apocolyps Squad III. But we'll see! And... That's everything I can think of! Until next time! Dakota *I honestly can't remember why I put the asterisk up there, but I feel like it was important, so I don't want to just remove it.
