Is it possible to be both amazed at progress for a week AND disappointed by how little was accomplished?
A quick look at what I've gotten done and what I plan to do next!
- TEQ Volume 5: The Fist of Sintison: Refugees (Chapter 64)
Behind the Scenes:
This week has just been an interesting one. That's... Really just the best way of putting it. On the days when I've actually been able to get work done, I've gotten quite a lot of Age of Saints done!!! That said... I haven't exactly had a full week to get things done. The heat in the building where I work went out on Monday and Tuesday. If you live anywhere near Kansas City... It's not exactly a pleasant, balmy temperature outside right now. Which meant that when I got to work, ready to get some writing done... I wound up spending the entire time before I clocked in huddled under my trenchcoat trying not to get frostbite. Then on Wednesday, my wife and I had to take my daughter to the hospital for a minor surgery. The procedure went fine, no lingering issues at all, but it took up the entire day (for those who think I'm being way too casual about taking my daughter into the hospital for surgery... This happens like once a month, this was just one of the rare times when I was along with my wife).
But anyway, yeah! I've managed to get a decent amount done on Age of Saints despite it all, which I'm rather excited for. I really can't wait to show it to you guys!!!
- TEQ Volume 5: The Fist of Sintison: Prisoners (Chapter 65)
Behind the Scenes:
You know, the plan really isn't going to change at all from last week. Lord willing, I'll have Age of Saints finished up within just a few short weeks!!! So that's more or less my plan: just keep steamrolling forward on that!!! Once I finish with Age of Saints, I'll be shifting gears back to TEQ, when I really plan on getting a LOT done. There are a number of really exciting TEQ projects that I'm floating the idea of working on, but I guess we'll see!
Until next time!
