Less than one week left until the start of Lent!
Nothing clever attached to that, I just lost track of time and hadn't realized it was coming up so quickly, so I figured I'd point out the fact in case anyone else is as lost as I am. Anyhow... A quick look at what I've done and what I plan on doing! Last week: - TEQ Volume 5: The Fist of Sintison: Causality (Chapter 68) About: Upcoming projects Updated Lore page: - Eras of history Behind the Scenes: - This week has been CRAZY productive! Last week, I was part of the way through Chapter 72 of TEQ. This week, I was able to finish Chapter 75... And start work on an all-new Eternal Quest Project!!! I currently have only written one chapter, but that still gives me four completed chapters for the week, which I'm not going to complain about! I also created a new page dedicated to my works in progress (including The Eternal Quest) that I will update at the end of every day. It's nothing extraordinary, but basically lays out in real-time what I've completed and what my next plans are. A brief overview on what I'm working on if you don't want to sort through all my weekly updates! Like I said, I update it at the end of every day (it tracks chapters and word counts), so you can stay up-to-date! Next week: - TEQ Volume 5: The Fist of Sintison: Bloodbath (Chapter 69) Behind the Scenes: - At the moment, my plan is to move full-steam ahead with my new Eternal Quest project: The Curse of Knowledge. You can read the official description (at least as much as I'm willing to reveal ATM) on my upcoming projects page. In short, at the end of Volume 5, there's an event that takes place that causes a rift, so to speak. The main story of TEQ will continue to focus on one side of the rift, while The Curse of Knowledge will explore the other side. More details will be revealed following the conclusion of Volume 5 (Chapter 71) in just a few weeks! To clear up any possible confusion, though, Curse of Knowledge will NOT be a perpetual story. It will release one chapter at a time, as The Eternal Quest does, but I will only release volumes as I have time to get them written. Right now, as I'm in a lull with my novels, I have a lot of free time to work on the extra story (and plan on simply writing as much as possible while in that lull). However, once Apocolyps Squad III releases and future plans start to unfold... It's really anyone's guess. So anyway, that's my plan! For the sake of setting a goal: I'm going to try to plan on writing Curse of Knowledge through Chapter 4 by this time next week. Until next time! Dakota
