Apocolyps Squad III pre-orders are now online!!!!!!!
...yeah, I probably should have saved that for the recap section, but... Hey, I'm excited! Anyhow... A quick look at what I've gotten done and what I plan to do next! Last Week: - TEQ Volume 6: The Shores of Tifingor: New Plans-Old Friends (Chapter 76) - The Curse of Knowledge: Streams of Blood (Chapter 1) Apocolyps Squad III - Pre Order Behind the Scenes: - I actually got work done this week!!!! ... Mmk, if you're not familiar with this update, that statement might sound a bit strange. To recap: I have a newborn son who doesn't really enjoy sleeping at night, so I haven't really been doing that either. However, as Lent is now officially over and I can begin binge-drinking Mountain Dew once more, I've found my productivity rising once more! I didn't get an exorbitant amount of work done, but I'm now working on writing Chapter 86, which is the final chapter in the appendix for Volume 6, so I'm not complaining too much! Other than that... Well, I actually DID do something else, but I'm not allowed to talk about it just yet. More on that later! Next week: - TEQ Volume 6: The Shores of Tifingor: Investigations (Chapter 77) - The Curse of Knowledge: The Files of Deschur Sil: Private Eye (Chapter 2) Behind the Scenes: - First off, I'm going to preface this with the statement: "If I can function,..." What I mean is that I'm still only getting a few hours of sleep per night. I do have plans for this next week, but in complete transparency, I have absolutely no idea how much will or won't get done. With that said: My hope is to finish with Chapter 86 by the end of the day today. With that done, I'll have Volume 6 under wraps, and have until late June before I run into any further crunch there. With that accomplished... Well, I have a handful of options. Option 1: Preparing Apocolyps Squad III for launch! This is now in the active editing stage, with my editor sending me updates and edits on a near-daily basis. Option 2: Attempt to adapt TEQ for print. Yes, you read that right. Now, I'm not guaranteeing anything, but I do know that this has been a common request among fans. I *THINK* I've found a way to actually turn this into a reality, but it's going to take a bit of experimenting before I can put it together properly. Option 3: Work on a super-secret project that I can't talk about. I might even be overstepping my boundaries by saying that I have a super-secret project to work on. Don't know and don't want to get in trouble, so that's all I'll say. Option 4: Continue to write more. Possibly Curse of Knowledge Volume 2, or one of my multiple other wishlist projects. And... Yeah! I know that's kind of a hodgepodge of goals and aspirations, so we'll see where it all goes! With luck, I'll have lots to report on by the time I return next week! Until next time! Dakota **As a random aside, my wife bought me "Jedi: Fallen Order" for Easter, and it is hands-down the best Star Wars game I have ever played. Admittedly that's not a particularly high bar, but as a Star Wars superfan and an avid partaker on the Souls games, I'm quite impressed.
