Noted Lore: - Following the creation of the world, Nubierd created Thornsaldsarn as a worthy opponent for battle. Instead of fighting, though, Thornsaldsarn fled for his life, running across the scorched ground. After a time, Thornsaldsarn grew lonely, and created Burnisuld as a companion. Unlike Thornsaldsarn, Burnisuld understood the ways of the universe, and amassed an army of orcs to challenge his creator. Betrayed, Thornsaldsarn fled into the wilderness, where he hides to this day.
Conventional lore: - Unlike other species, which often have a demonic figure to serve as the opposite of their creator god, the orcs recognize Thornsaldsarn as a weak, pathetic individual who fled before the wrath of their creator god (who, based on their stories, destroyed a previous world rather than creating Calsin from nothing). Based on the testimony of several warlocks (all of whom have had an inborn hatred of orcs), it is widely accepted that this being is an actual deity, and likely did have some sort of run-in with Burnisuld or Nubierd in the past.
