Quick introduction: In the time since I posted my articles on the Three Days of Darkness and the Third Secret of Fatima, my wife and I have been able to talk about things a bit more, and I have a handful of updated thoughts that I’ve had regarding the different events. Since these will be fairly short thoughts, I’m not going to cite any of my sources (except for Revelation, which I dig into in a bit more depth). If you’re uncertain about the source material off the top of your head, all of it can be found in the earlier two articles!
The Third Secret of Fatima and the Pope fleeing Rome One of the more memorable portions of the Third Secret of Fatima involves the pope fleeing a desolated Rome. In my article, I posited that the destroyed city was metaphorical, and the act of fleeing Rome referred to Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI resigning from office. Since then, as I’ve done more research, I’ve only become more convinced of this position. In the visions of Anne Catherine Emrick (which I am struggling to find in their entirety to quote here), there comes the mention of a Pope fleeing Rome. In the vision, she is taken to Rome, where she sees the Holy Father contemplating running away. She cautions him against it, and that’s… Pretty much it. There are several other mystics who have been reported with similar visions as well, seeing the Pope fleeing Rome and cautioning against it. Which is where I come to my point:
If Rome is simply going to be bombed, as the more traditional interpretation of Fatima seems to suggest, why would all these mystics seem to be AGAINST the Pope running away? If there was danger, wouldn’t the visions see the saints encouraging him to run away as fast as possible? Instead, that doesn’t seem to be the case. They seem to think that when he flees, darkness will fall upon Rome… Which is more or less what has happened since Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI left.
The Four Horsemen
6 And I saw that the Lamb had opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures, as it were the voice of thunder, saying: Come, and see. 2 And I saw: and behold a white horse, and he that sat on him had a bow, and there was a crown given him, and he went forth conquering that he might conquer. 3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature, saying: Come, and see. 4 And there went out another horse that was red: and to him that sat thereon, it was given that he should take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another, and a great sword was given to him. 5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying: Come, and see. And behold a black horse, and he that sat on him had a pair of scales in his hand. 6 And I heard as it were a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying: Two pounds of wheat for a penny, and thrice two pounds of barley for a penny, and see thou hurt not the wine and the oil. 7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature, saying: Come, and see. 8 And behold a pale horse, and he that sat upon him, his name was Death, and hell followed him. And power was given to him over the four parts of the earth, to kill with sword, with famine, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
Here, as my wife and I were studying the passage from Revelation, we started noticing a few things. To start off with, my analysis of why I think the first horseman refers to plague can be found in my Three Days article. To recap in brief, it is my opinion that the Amazon Synod, specifically October 6, 2019, marked the erection of the Abomination of Desolation and the opening of the first seal judgement. Which… Means that the second horseman, War, is next.
Except… Well, read the text above. While it’s usually read as “War,” it doesn’t technically say that. It says “take away peace.” It’s a small note, but I think it’s an important one. Why? Well… Look out a window. Full-blown war hasn’t broken out yet, but I think that we can safely say that peace has been taken away. A poll released late last week noted that 80% of Americans feel that the situation is out of control. Riots are growing steadily, calls to remove police are flying left and right, the situation is just boiling. Which leads me to my new hypothesis:
The second seal broke with the death of George Floyd.
Please don’t misunderstand me: I have absolutely no proof of this. That said… It seems to make sense. With that small notation complete, let’s glance at the third horse. Now, the translation is a little weird, so I’ll break it down. Essentially, what it’s saying is that essential food, like wheat and barley, has become crazy expensive (the word “penny” in this version is often translated as “day’s wages” in other versions), while luxury goods are still being processed. Many traditional methods of interpreting this verse have pointed to some sort of famine, in which the poor become destitute and the rich become ridiculously wealthy.
Well… I’d like to propose a theory on what that type of behavior sounds like: Socialism/communism. Perhaps that isn’t what its ideal form looks like, but a quick glance at history will reveal that this is pretty much what happens every time that communism rears its head. Given the prophesy at Fatima that “Russia will spread its errors throughout the world” prior to Mary’s triumph… I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that this seal refers to communism/socialism sweeping the world.
Finally, I’d like to look at the fourth horse, which, while not adding much extra information in its own right, includes the line: “Power to kill by sword, famine, and death (also translated pestilence).” If we take it as pestilence, then what do we get? An intensification of the first three horsemen. This, I think, provides extra support for the idea that the first horseman is, indeed, pestilence or plague. When the fourth horseman comes, the first three judgements are intensified, with the later addition of wild beasts (which to me would indicate societal breakdown of some sort). Again, just a lot of random thoughts on these horsemen, but I think they’re interesting nonetheless!
The Trees Remember those trees from the Three Days article that I said I didn’t really understand? Well… I still don’t really understand them, but I have a few more theories.
Simply put, I realized that there was another connection to Fatima: In the Third Secret, the cross that the Bishop in White walks to is noted as having bark “like that of a cork tree.” In the aforementioned vision of the Three Days, four trees were grown up by St. Peter, which all the faithful flocked to hide under. Notably, the trees were shaped like crosses, which I just find to be an interesting connection. And thus, I would like to propose a theory:
These four trees are actually going to be four different people that are raised up at the proper time to provide guidance through these times.
As with much of this, I have very little evidence to support this, I simply find it interesting that in Fatima, the Bishop in White is seen leading a charge of people towards this cross-tree, while in another vision there are four trees that have great groups of people running towards them.
A few quick thoughts on this:
Why have four people in different parts of the world?
Simple. If the wars and persecution get as bad as I suspect that they will, the internet is going to go kaput long before the Three Days. Which means that local people are going to be a necessity for actually doing this type of thing.
Why don’t I think that the trees are physical trees?
Because in all the other prophesies about the Three Days, it speaks of the survivors emerging alone in the world, which leads me to suspect that all these people aren’t actually going to be living together in a giant bunker. However, for ANYONE to survive, the word about the Three Days is going to have to spread a great deal. The prophesy speaks of “all good clergy and laity fleeing to the trees,” but right now, I would wager a guess that even the majority of the Trad community isn’t aware of most of these prophesies and what they might contain.
So who might these trees be?
I’m almost certain that they’ll be bishops/cardinals within the Church. I think we can safely guess that Benedict XVI will be one of the three, likely the one for Europe. For the rest… It honestly depends on how exactly the world gets divided up. Around the time that these prophesies were recorded, the Europeans traditionally divided the Earth into four quadrants: The Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. If these divisions hold true, and these trees wind up being men of the Church who are already quite active in the world, my GUESSES for the trees are below:
i.Europe: Benedict XVI ii.Africa: Cardinal Sarah iii.Asia: Cardinal Zen/Bishop Athanasius Schneider iv.Americas: Archbishop Vigano
Once more, it should be noted that these are GUESSES based on people who are currently active on the scene. However, given that Peter is seen drawing them up seemingly fairly shortly before the Three Days, they could also be four other people altogether. Additionally, this is by no means a comprehensive list of prelates in the Church who are speaking out against the current crisis, simply the ones that seem to be making the news with the most regularity. Cardinal Burke is another that comes to mind, along with Bishop Stricklin from Texas or Cardinal Pell from Australia.
My newly updated predictions for what’s coming next: The title of this section pretty much says it all. Based off my theories, I think that things will progress in more or less this fashion:
Civil unrest continues to simmer, slowly getting worse and worse as time wears on.
This fall comes. SOMETHING big happens on October 17.
As a brief aside, allow me to point out just what all is happening this fall:
i.Predicted second outbreak of Covid. ii.One of the most heated political elections in American history. iii.Vatican leaders meet with United Nations leaders to discuss a “global education compact.”
So… Yeah, I think that this fall is going to be a doozy, and I really think that this is going to be the point when we start seeing bombs drop. Possibly literally.
The above events result in a situation that looks something like this:
America in more-or-less full-scale civil war.
France probably in war as well.
The Vatican formally partnering with the United Nations to help institute control over the world (it won’t be phrased like that, of course).
As a result of the Vatican’s involvement with the United Nations, Benedict XVI emerges from retirement and announces either A: He never actually resigned, and is now formally reclaiming the papacy, or B: Francis has become invalid, and all true Catholics must follow a new Pope who has likely been elected by select Cardinals. A third option would be C: Benedict XVI says/does something, and is instantly killed. The select, secret Cardinals then elect a new Pope in opposition to Francis, who becomes the Europe tree I was talking about.
After that point, you would essentially see the underground Church being led by a fugitive Pope, while the Vatican, partnered with the United Nations, fights to help spread socialism across the world.
And… Yeah! Those are my honest, seriously-not-kidding-you thoughts. I mean, I sincearly doubt that it will wind up looking EXACTLY like this, but I really do think that it will be something to this tune.
And, with that, I close! Like I said, it’s a bit short, but… The more I think about it, the more pieces begin to click into place. If I’m right, we’re heading for a WORLD of hurt. While I obviously don’t want to advise you to worry about what’s coming, I do think that we’re at a point when pleasant platitudes like “it’ll all work out in the end” aren’t really applicable. If you’re not in a State of Grace, if you aren’t prepared, get ready NOW. We likely only have a few more months before things really start to spiral, and if you aren’t ready by that point, there’s likely not much that you’ll be able to do unless you get incredibly lucky.
